Sarah Dyer takes your privacy seriously. She will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. This website collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will infrequently be used to inform you of new products, events and updates. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through the Sarah Dyer online shop, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it. Sarah Dyer uses your information for these purposes: to fulfil the orders and to contact you about new products and events. We do not monitor or record your shopping habits or use of the website. Any materials sent to www.sarahdyer.com will be considered confidential. After you place an order in the online shop we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your product has shipped. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email if we have other questions regarding your order.
SECURITY
We would like you to have an enjoyable and secure shopping experience at sarahdyer.com; therefore, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as provided by Squarespace to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Sarah Dyer. To double-check for security, you can tell that the “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”. Secure pages slow down websites so you will only see this on our checkout pages.
TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

All materials are under copyright. No part of these pages may be used for any purpose unless explicit authorisation by Sarah Dyer.
Therefore, reproduction, modification, storage in a retrieval system or retransmission, in any form or by any means is prohibited without prior written permission.
SHIPPING
We do not take responsibility if an incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
We always package our items to ensure safe delivery, however sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we would. If this occurs, please take photos of the item and the packaging in the state it was delivered to the best of your ability. You can then contact Royal Mail or DPD directly.
Sarah Dyer is not responsible for any customs charges placed on products sent to the EU or ROI, any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Sarah Dyer.
